150 years of expertise
One of the 1st olive producers in the region, they have preserved time honoured cultivating and harvesting methods that respect the environment. They are committed to responsible management for future generations, as they fully control from the source, harvesting only when the olives are perfectly ripe in mid November to cold extraction on site within a few hours and stored underground for freshness and quality under ideal conditions.
Tracing your olive oil back to its original tree
An innovative feature called TRACE ONLINE allows you to identify the source of the olive oil. Using the “lot number” on the bottle, you are able to use a traceability application available on the Vassilakis estate website to trace the origin of the oil to its olive grove or tree.
